The products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly.

With flexibility, you get a 30-day interest-free payment period. An invoice surcharge of € 2.90 will be added to the purchase. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With an installment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 in installments, starting at € 9.90 / month. The cost of the flexible installment is € 3.90 / month and € 19.90% credit rate. You can pay with Flex 303000 euros for shopping.

Shopping with flexibility is safe. With your first purchase, you make a strong electronic identification. As a returning customer, you can easily identify yourself with a one-time code sent to your phone. With every purchase, we make a real-time and automated credit decision. The payment transaction and data transmission always takes place in a secure connection. The invoice will be sent by e-mail. Aurajoki Nordic Oy acts as the lender.

Credit card:

You can pay with credit cards with the Stripe payment service, which uses a valid Visa, Master Card or Amex payment card. The amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped from the warehouse, but the payment reservation will appear on your payment card immediately.

Klarna Invoice - Pay Later

Pay later with a Klarna invoice, you get 30 days to pay for the delivery of the products. When you pay by invoice, the payment agreement is always between you and Klarna.


When you pay with Paypal, the payment agreement is always between you and Paypal.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery methods and costs

The minimum order limit for all delivery methods is 10 €. Smaller orders can be picked up as agreed or by placing an order via email, text message or other contact channels.

Our most common delivery times are 7-21 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. Handmade products are made to order. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.

Right of cancellation and return policy

You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. You must indicate your name, address, order date, product in the cancellation notice and it must be sent by e-mail to info@piglo.net or by mail to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for impairment.

If you want to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information. Mthe refund will be made for the payment method used in the order.We will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice if the product has been returned or has been proven to have been mailed to the return address.

Unredeemed package 

Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we charge a € 15 fee.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is damaged at Posti, a complaint must be made to the Post Office immediately.
